No Rest For The Wicked Roadmap

No Rest For The Wicked Roadmap

While the developers have not estimated how long it would take to release the final version of No Rest For The Wicked, we do have some information on the game’s roadmap. When launching in Early Access, players will be able to explore the first chapter of the story, while having access to a replayable dungeon and an abundance of weapons, gears, and items to try out multiple builds. The game will also receive daily and weekly challenges to keep players engaged.

When the first major update arrives, a multiplayer PvP mode will be added for players to test their combat skills against each other. The following updates will focus on expanding the number of available regions, adding a new Farming feature, and letting players explore more story chapters.

From a gameplay standpoint, No Rest For The Wicked ditches Ori’s 2.5D perspective for a full 3D top-down point of view, featuring some deep RPG elements that allow players to hunt for items, craft their own gear, and upgrade their belongings to discover meta builds.

The combat system in No Rest For The Wicked is where the developer focuses the most. Described as a Precision Action RPG, the developers are eager to let you feel the weight of your weapons and the brutality of your enemies when engaging in fights.
