Persona 5 Tactica is a turn-based strategy game that is based on the Persona 5 game. The game actually takes place in the middle of the events of Persona 5, and while the game doesn’t say exactly when during that time, it does hint at it throughout the game and the DLC.

While you are exploring the alternate world that the Phantom Thieves have found themselves in, you will be taken to four different Kingdoms. However, the DLC has a fifth Kingdom that isn’t available in the base game. Here is a breakdown of each of those Kingdoms and when you will get to them in the game.

What Are Kingdoms?

The Kingdoms in Persona 5 Tactica work similar to the ones in Persona 5. These Kingdoms are basically the game’s way of having stages or levels that you will advance through in order to make it through the game. Each of these Kingdoms has its own unique storylines, visuals, quests, missions, enemies, and bosses. This makes advancing through the different Kingdoms extremely engaging, and if you don’t like the aesthetic of one, you know you won’t be in it for the entire game.

Kingdom 1 – Marie

The first Kingdom that you will enter is one that is pretty colorful and uses a lot of shades of pink. However, don’t be fooled, this Kingdom is still a tough Kingdom. The main boss is known as Marie, and she can be fought in the 22nd mission in the Kingdom. There are 22 main missions and 5 quests within this Kingdom. You can also unlock a Persona in this Kingdom.

Kingdom 2 – Yoshiki

The second Kingdom that you will enter is one that follows closely to Japanese styles of architecture and design. The main boss is known as Yoshiki, and he can be fought in the 33rd mission in the game. There are 11 main missions and 4 quests within this Kingdom. You can also unlock 2 Personas in this Kingdom.

The third Kingdom that you will enter has a very dark aesthetic, and the main colors are red and black. There are actually two main bosses in this Kingdom. They are known as Nakabachi and Shadow Self, and they can be fought in the 39th and 42nd missions in the game, respectively. There are 9 main missions and 3 quests within this Kingdom. You can also unlock 2 Personas in this Kingdom.

Kingdom 4 – Salmael

Persona 5 Tactica - Kingdom 4

The last Kingdom of the main game (or 4th out of 5 if you have the DLC) is one that is pretty tough to beat. You may want to look at the difficulty settings of the game before you have to take on this Kingdom. The main boss is Salmael, and he is fought during the 52nd and final quest in the game. There are 10 main missions and 3 quests within this Kingdom. You can also unlock 2 Personas in this Kingdom.

The DLC Kingdom – Guernica
